Telemetry Viewer 0.2.2
Work in progress: a browser-based inspection tool for small CSV and TSV sensor exports.
Inspect an export
Open a CSV or TSV file to check its columns, missing values and numeric ranges. Processing stays in this browser; files are not uploaded.

File format
The first non-empty record is the header. Each following record should have the same number of fields. UTF-8 files up to 512 KiB are supported. Commas, semicolons and tabs are accepted.
timestamp,sensor,value,unit 2026-01-12T09:00:00Z,room_a,21.4,C 2026-01-12T09:01:00Z,room_a,21.6,C
The bundled reference exports are incomplete snapshots. Truncated quoted records are rejected rather than silently repaired.
Conventions
- Use a period as the decimal separator. Blank fields are treated as missing, rather than zero.
- Quoted fields may contain delimiters or line breaks. Escape a quote by writing it twice.
- Select a timestamp column for a date range. ISO 8601 with an explicit time zone is recommended.
- Column names are retained as supplied. Duplicate or empty names are displayed by position.
Limits
This is an inspection tool, not a time-series database. It does not resample readings, infer measurement units, normalize time zones or repair malformed rows. Numeric ranges describe the loaded file only.
Project status
Early prototype. Local file inspection, column profiles and row filtering work; bundled test exports currently exercise parse errors and are not working demonstrations. Charting, schema mapping and binary export decoding are not implemented.
